HVA-Factory tip No 3

Don't struggle to overcome the chain tensioner when you are re-fitting the rear wheel and fighting the chain onto the rear sprocket, simply wedge the tensioner open using a spanner (see pic).

(And yes I have noticed that the chain slipper(wear cover) has been fitted to this bike the wrong way up - just in case you spotted that!)
